The sticker placed inside the card was very cheap looking,did not fit well inside the card,maybe the cards should be placed on the website so you are able access and enter the message directly onto the card like "moonpig" for example.

Product : The flowers were beautiful however the presentation was very ordinary with the standard card a photo copy. This then detracted from the flowers.

Service rating : Good but my delivery confirmation email said I could allocate a slot for a delivery time when actually i couldnt choose any option on the website. I got given a slot on the day instead.
Product : A ~£30 bunch was purchased but upgraded to the grandissimo making ~£50 spent. The white roses had started to go brown on the edges on arrival. The extra £20 spent did not impress and seemed a waste of time. Perhaps my order for the grandissimo did not get created, but I still got charged. I recommend buying two normal bunches instead of one grandissimo, as they are approximately the same price and the grandissimo benefits seem insignificant in the price you pay.
