Like a rainbow in bouquet form, this brilliantly bright and bold floral collection is fantastically mesmerising. The brilliant yellow Lilies contrast amazingly with blue scented Freesias, hot pink and kermit green Chrysanthemums and audacious orange Roses. A super bouquet, guaranteed to cheer anyone's day.
Bought this bouquet for my daughter and she showed me a photo of the flowers.they looked lovely apart from some of the roses looked as if they wouldn't last very long as they were in full bloom and looked a bit tired.hasn't put me off using serenata though as I have had ordered other bouquets which have lasted for weeks
Flowers delivered as promised I did not see them but I had a phone call to tell me they were very good and they were delighted with them as usual the service was great and I will be using the service again I am a regular customer and have never been disappointed with the service and flowers that I have sent
The lady I sent the flowers to had been admitted to hospital so the delivery person put them in the garden shed. When she got home four days later the flowers looked pretty sad but with a bit of tlc they revived and she was happy with them.
Lovely people with a sense of humour. My cousin said the flowers she received were gorgeous and I like that I was kept updated and informed when they had been delivered.
Will definitely be using Serenata Flowers again! Thank you so much :)
The recipient was very pleased with the flowers, the bouquet was as big as what was shown in the picture also looked very nice according to the pic she sent me, so thank you for giving her a lovely bouquet and service, very pleased.

Appreciated up-to-date information on the progress of the flowers to their destination and confirmation that they had been delivered. Very reassuring for the sender.
I got these for my daughter as she wasn't very well. The flowers were beautiful, (she sent us photos). And they cheered her up, made her feel so much better. They looked really lovely.
Thank you Serenata.
Recipient pleased with the flowers and biscuits package. Thought the biscuits and teabags were ideal.
Glad to see that Serenata have taken on board my earlier concerns over the quality of flowers sent in the past.

Same day flower delivery
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 8pm in exceptional circumstances.
We are unable to provide delivery notifications for same-day orders.
We do not guarantee to be able to follow delivery instructions.
In the rare event that a substitution is necessary when buying a gift, products of similar style and quality will be used, and the value of that substitution will always be of the same or higher value.
Q. Why are your flowers fresher?
A. Instead of lounging about for days in the back of the floral-equivalent of a cross-channel tour bus that crawls to all the florist shops across the UK, Serenata’s supermodel flowers travel in style and in double-quick time.
Q. How are the flowers packaged?
A. Very comfortably, very securely, and very elegantly.
Q. Do the flowers come in a vase?
A. Some of our arrangements do come with a vase included in the price. For those that don't, we display a range of appropriate containers in the 'Special extras' panel of the product page for you to add to your order if you so fancy.
Q. Can I order a vase to go with the flowers?
A. With the greatest of pleasure. If the flowers you're ordering are suitable for presentation in a vase, we'll present some appropriate choices on the product page for you to add to your order.
In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
