Unfortunately I omitted to add my name to the message so the recipient had no idea who the flowers were from. They then telephoned you to try to discover the name of the sender but of course you were unable to give the name due to the Data Protection Act. What you could have done, however, was to give me a call to confirm whether or not I wished my name to be disclosed or not.
The basket was a gift for Christmas to my daughters Mother in-law in Norfolk. This is the second time I have sent the usual basket and like last year she was totally overcome with the surprise. Plant was well protected in transit, presented in a lovely Christimas theme basket. I was told that the plant had so many flowers and buds that it will be transferred to the garden after Christmas along with last years that still flowers.

Ordered 2. First delivery at beginning of Dec was good - in flower, friend happy. However, 2nd plant delivered Dec 19th - no flowers, nothing out in time for Christmas, no info supplied with plant re name of plant and required care of plant. My brother had to ring me to ask me for this info. - not such a happy recipient, unfortunately.

Unfortunately I had a failed delivery on the day I requested, but the company did all it could to rectify the problem and my order was delivered the next day. It was frustrating, and feel sure it was the fault of the courier. I have used the company many times and this is the first time I have had a problem, I WILL use the company again .

I've never used your service before and found you online. The service was excellent (delivery the next day). As I live in Canada and the plant was sent to Wales I only saw a picture of the plant. It looked beautiful and my family was thrilled with the quality.

A beautiful basket delivered in tight bud which burst into life with a mass of bright red flowers. Recipient was delighted and so am I - its still going strong! It will be planted out into the garden in the spring. Thank you very much Serenta.

I ordered two of the same item to be sent to my in laws for Christmas. I really appreciated serenata flowers getting in touch with me to ensure that I intended on ordering two of the same before charging my credit card. Great customer service!
Fortunately the plant survived a week in a box, but did not look great when it was received. This kind of takes away from what was intended as a gesture to cheer someone up. However, After a bit of tlc it recovered and looked great. Plant was rather small for the amount paid though

I know this may be difficult to enforce..but maybe look at delivery of flowers to a company address to be delivered before 5:30 and private houses afterwards as most people would be in at home for the later deliveries.

A beautiful plant, lots of flowers, super foliage. The recipient was very pleased and nearly a month later it is still in full flower.

The recipient was pleased and commented that the plant was "full of buds" which is what we hoped.

Same day flower delivery
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 6pm by a florist local to the recipient address. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver between 7am and 8pm in exceptional circumstances.
