Cream Tea

We've perfected the recipe for the most sumptuous cream tea: take two pink LA Lillies, four pink Roses, purple Chrysanthemums, a bunch of elegant peach Carnations, and a generous pinch of lilac Stocks; add a sprinkle of love and scent. Et voila! Our Letterbox blooms may look a little tired after their journey, please give them 24 hours to perk up in a vase to look their best.

Next day delivery

• Your flowers are arranged, hand-packed and delivered by next-day courier directly from our flower emporium.
• Your flowers will be delivered between 8am and 8pm, but if we’re exceptionally busy it could be between 7am and 9pm.
• If you want to ensure you reach the recipient at home, please select one of our timed delivery options. We cannot guarantee the exact time your flowers will be delivered when you choose our standard free delivery.
• If we can’t reach the recipient at home, we will leave your flowers in a secure place or follow delivery instructions provided. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to follow delivery instructions on each occasion.
• You will get an email & sms notification as soon as your flowers have dispatched our flower emporium, and also as soon as they have been delivered.

Letterbox delivery

• Your flowers are hand-packed into our signature letterbox in bud form,to ensure a comfortable route to their destination. They are delivered by next-day courier directly from our flower emporium.
• The same delivery times, delivery notifications and guaranteed delivery options as above apply also to letterbox flowers.

In the rare event that a substitution is necessary when buying a gift, products of similar style and quality will be used, and the value of that substitution will always be of the same or higher value.
