How will my flowers or plant arrive?

Our blooms travel in style.

Carefully packed in a sturdy box, secured & settled, they travel with their own supply of water and flower food included for their arrival in the new home. 

The package also contains care instructions and a free greeting card, which will reveal who is the generous and thoughtful person behind their blooming surprise. Should you wish to remain mysterious and anonymous, simply don't enter a message and we will not reveal the sender of the flowers.

Our plant gifts are watered before starting their journey, and the delivery also contains a free greeting card and care instructions. 

Can I specify a time for delivery?

If you would like for your flowers to arrive at a specific time during the day, you will need to select the guaranteed timed delivery option on the product page, which has an extra delivery charge.

If you send flowers with our standard free delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Flowers sent with our standard free delivery can arrive anytime between 8am and 8pm on your selected day, on very busy periods like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day this can be even later.
