The service received has been inconsistent but it has been good overall. The first time I received flowers they were absolutely beautiful and the lilies flowered and lasted over two weeks. The second bunch I ordered as a gift for my mum's birthday, they came with roses browning at the edges, and three lilies which had had their pollen stems cut off! I did get in touch with customer services and they assured me that the bouquets go through 5 quality checks (which I found very surprising, especially considering no-one noticed the cut stems on all three lilies in the bunch) but they were very understanding as we had a family emergency which meant my mum wasn't around to 'enjoy' the bunch anyway, so they kindly rearranged delivery. This bunch arrived on time and with lots of lilies, some unopened which was lovely but there was a lot of greenery and not much by way of flowers and some fresia looked old and again some roses were browning, so the bunch did not last longer than a week, sadly.
Easy to order, nice webpages; REALLY difficult to contact in any way that felt effective when I realised there was going to be a problem with the delivery. I was effective in the end, but was not confident and did not receive confirmation until AFTER the delivery - so if I had not been successful then it would all have been too late to try further. Some sort of very simple online chat would have sufficed. I understand you don't want to supply a phone number - but no possible contact of any kind was very frustrating and would make me think twice about using you again even though the flowers were so perfect.
The delivery instructions looked like it was a mandatory field to fill in. I would expect the flowers to be delivered as normal (ie. ring the bell, wait for someone to answer). It was good to be able to give alternative instructions in case people were out, but I didn't expect the flowers to be left on the doorstep without the bell being rung when people were actually home.
I was in the U.K. Visiting from Canada. Needed to buy flowers for one of my relatives after I had a visit with them. Since I'm not from the U.K. I just searched online for a reputable floral company and found great reviews for Serenata Flowers. The order process was straight forward, I was informed by email when my flowers went out and when they were successfully sent. Seamless. Very pleased.
I've used Serenata a few times now and although I've never seen the flowers I've constantly been told they were lovely, arrived well packaged and promptly. Emails from the company letting you know of delivery is great too. Highly recommended.
Easy to use website and good to receive texts leading up to and when the flowers had been delivered.

"Did what it said on the tin".... when I needed to order from abroad, last minute at the weekend and there were very few options (I think I paid a premium but I was asking for premium service)
