Excellent as always, I love the way you make the service personal with all the little messages about delivery etc. The flowers were gorgeous, exactly as illustrated, and very reasonably priced too, my daughter in law was very pleased and they are still going 2 weeks later! As I live in Canada I have to trust that the flowers will be as advertised, delivered on the right day etc. with little recourse if there is a problem. There has not yet been a problem over several years.

I ordered the orchids in the afternoon and theybwere delivered the next day. The recipient said they were beautiful and was she was obviously delighted by them. Excellent service!
