Service rating : Good website, good delivery, disappointing product
Product : The bouquet will be fine in a few days - it was delivered almost entirely in bud and as it was on the day of my daughter’s 40th, looked very disappointing on delivery, just stallks and buds with a few flowers. They’re starting to come out now, 4 days later, but the initial impact was small. In addition, I imagine the standard bouquet must be pretty small, as the deluxe was what I would have expected of a standard,.
Poor customer service, I paid for next day delivery before noon (on Saturday). The flowers did not arrive until the day after (Sunday). I tried to ask for my fee back for the delivery charge and I was refused. The flowers upon arrival were nice, however the roses did show browning around the edge of the flowers as they were already on their way out.
Unfortunately flowers arrived 2 days later than requested but after communication with Senenata and an apology I would still order flowers from them in the future as this is the first time I have had any problem and I have bought from them for the last 2/3 years.
I wanted sympathy flowers delivered to a farm in the middle of nowhere, interflora simply refused to deliver to such an outlying address, but there was no problem with Serenata, plus I was kept informed all the way as the what was happening to my order. Great service
The flowers were sent as a Thank You to someone very special.
I'm delighted to say that she was absolutely delighted with them - so much so that she used them as her table centrepiece for their Christmas dinner.
Service was fantastic. Quick and very easy to use from choosing to ordering and as the were a gift I was kept up to the minute info on where the flowers were and when they were delivered. No stress involved
