Ive recently sent three batches of flowers and as a result got three requests for feedback. Products are great follow up for feedback TOO MUCH. As a recipent of far too much unecessary emails I would poliietly ask you not too send feedback requests in future as I will ignore them. You provide a great service and if not clients will let you know so there is no need to constantly ask "how did we do", its a bit too needy. Thanks and despite this please keep up the great service.
found serenata flowers after a Google search and I'm glad I did. Easy to use website, great selection of flowers at great prices for all budgets. Constant updates from order to delivery 5* would definitely use again
Easy and straightforward to use for purchasing and selecting but the tracking system didn't give me much information although i did receive a text message alerting that the delivery had been dispatched in the morning.... Could be improved by proving a possible delivery window
The first delivery of flowers was damaged on arrival. However, once this had been reported to customer services I received an apology and a new boquet was delivered the very next day. Excellent customer service!
The service was excellent but as I didn't pay the extra for gift card the recipient had no idea where they came from I think there could be some indication of the sender
You advertise free delivery which is good but the charge of the card is the price of delivery from other florists..
Website was easy to use and navigate round. Great choice for any occasion. Found exactly what I wanted. Very happy
First time i ordered flowers i was bombarded with emails advising me of every step from picking the flowers to arriving at the destination. Second time a lot less emails thankfully.
