Service rating : Was advised by text after 7pm that flowers were delivered and left in porch.Rang to tell them to look outside but they couldn’t find them. Advised SerenateFlowers and they investigated. Some days later Serenata sent text saying that they had been delivered to the main desk. Being a Vets practice and with change of staff the evening staff didn’t know it had been delivered earlier in the day. Serenate even offered to resend the flowers but luckily it was sorted out before it came to that.
Product : Haven’t seen them but was thanked profusely so assumed they were good.
Service rating : Ordering on the mobile site was problematic, as the order summary is not shown before you have suddenly confirmed. I had accidentally ordered two bouquets by mistake. I could not amend my order on the mobile site and after logging in to the regular site had no option to amend my order quantity. I had to cancel my order and start from scratch.
Product : Although pretty, my gift of £50 worth of freesias has no fragrance - whatsoever. The recipient is very disapointed and many have expressed surprise. The flowers ade now fully open, but still no fragrance at all.
Service rating : The website was fairly user friendly but also a bit confusing - however having used Serenata before I had confidence ordering.
Product : The recipients thought they were wonderful and sent me a photo. When I compared what they had received with the photo on the website I was rather disappointed - much LESS quantity and also NO accompanying foliage as shown on the website. However the recipients still loved the flowers.
Service rating : Easy website to place order and brilliant communication. Delivery was very disappointing, not to happy they arrived in a box. Both Rescepiants had to hunt to find out who had sent the flowers and one didn’t even know they had arrived until lunch time to following day very upset by that.
Product : Beautiful flowers
Service rating : I liked the fact that you could see a picture of the actual bouquet, in the exact size that you were ordering, unlike some other websites.
Product : I didn’t see the flowers personally, but my mum was very pleased. There were enough blooms to fill two vases, and the lilies arrived in bud and were still opening a week later, so they lasted well.
Service rating : This was the first time I have used Serenata and I am unable to fault the service considering I ordered them at 1830 the day before Valentines Day and they were delivered by 1100 hrs the next day- super service
Product : Excellent quality flowers, still looking good 10 days after delivery.

Product : Most of the flowers were still in bud and the size of the display for the money was poor. This is in contrast to my experience with serenta since I first started using them a couple of years ago. Maybe this was just a one off?
