I thought this company to be very professional and the flowers were beautiful. Just one comment as my niece has no porch or shed I asked for the flowers to be left on the doorstep. Unfortunately the driver did not knock on the door before leaving the flowers and had she not been going out for the evening would not have found them. I do feel drivers should be instructed to knock of ring a bell to see if the recipient is at home before leaving things on the step, otherwise service was excellent.
The first bouquet received by by 95 year old friend was not of good quality. I informed the customer help assistant and she could not have been more understanding. I was offered a full refund or a replacement delivery. I was happy to accept the latter. What a wonderful service!
Good service, good range of products online. Left advice on what to do if a delivery couldn't e made, which it couldn't but I don't know whether the delivery company followed this as my flowers had to be redelivered the following day.
Thank you for your prompt action to my complaint. It was the first time I was disappointed with the flowers, but was impressed with the way you dealt with my problem - I will be using your services again. Thank you
Beautiful flowers, reasonable prices, the delivery process was great as you were kept informed when they were dispatched and then delivered, and the flowers themselves lasted a very long time. Very pleased.
Didn't pay attention to the additional delivery options and instead left them on the step. I think perhaps the delivery man was in a rush.
Have used before no problem but this time not so good. Flowers did not arrive until day after funeral.
