The flowers were sent to the wrong depot for delivery but serenata flowers did message me immediately to advise me and took off 15% off the cost which was good. The flowers were for someone birthday and if they had not have been received on the day this would have been a disaster. However they were able to delver later on in the day which was great. So when something did go wrong they acknowledged it promptly, compensated me and did continue to get the product there in time which I was grateful for.
ordered these for my mother in law for a special birthday, however there was not a card with them after we requested this, so she did not know who they were from. Also she lives a block of flats and the delivery driver just left these in the porch of the flats. I requested these were delivered to the door as she is disabled.
This is my third transaction with Serenata and the feedback I have had from Friends and Family on the receiving end has been extremely good. I would certainly recommend this Company and definitely continue to purchase from them in the future.
My nan absolutely loved the flowers and I was so pleased they arrived in the morning and on her actual birthday which was on a Sunday. Nan loved them and for that I am so pleased and will continue to use this flower company again.
All the flowers in the arrangement were perfect except one rose. It had gone brown/bad where the stem joins the flower and the head had dropped off in the box. I guess this was a rouge one as all the others were perfect and the arrangement lasted well over a week. (11days)
I didn't see the products myself but my sister-in-law said the flowers were nice. I don't really know how honest she was though as she wouldn't have wanted to upset me further after the problems I'd had with the delivery. She probably would have said they were nice even if they weren't!
I tried to change the message on the greeting card.......I needed a login password and the site would not allow me to make one......customer service was useless......did not answer the question I raised.

I cannot personally comment on the flowers because I didn't see them but the recipient said they were lovely, but then I think she would say that anyway, so again sorry for the negatives but never saw the bouquet.
I was really glad you have a text confirmation step. As my mother's delivery was left on her door step, after I presume she could not hear the door being knocked. So all was well and the item safely picked up.

But the flower arrangement did not look as it did on the web page which was disappointing. I looked liked the flowers were just put together and not arranged.
Beautiful Flowers and on time! Spoilt by poor quality card with a stick on label on the inside with the greeting written in the smallest font I've ever seen :(( Flowers were great ----- let down by the card.

In the same way as you like to take off your coat and put down your bag, your roses want to get rid of any excess baggage. Carefully peel off any of the outer guard petals that look a little rugged – these were left on to protect against potential pre-arrival stresses. Likewise, remove any leaves that will be below the waterline of the vase, and untie any bits of string that are holding the stems together.
