Service rating : I was very impressed with the notification and delivery of the Valentines flowers, they arrived on time and initially looked great. However please see my product feedback below
Product : The flowers arrived for my girlfriend on Valentines day 14th Feb at around 9am. However, by the 18th Feb they had dropped all their petals and were dead even though they had been kept in water since delivery. I would have expected longer life from them as all that I have bought previously from other sources lasted in excess of 7 days. She still has a single rose given as part of a valentines meal from a restaurant which still looks as good as the day it was given, again, 14th Feb.
Service rating : Delivery very much less than 24 hours after the order was placed, which is excellent service. Beautiful selection of flowers, but I only wanted a single rose for a particular reason. It was nice to have a choice of 3 colours
Product : The rose was sent as a loving thought to my recently bereaved friend. I didn’t expect her to get in touch straight away, in view of the circumstances, so I am assuming that she was pleased.
Service rating : Service was very good.
Product : This is the second time I’ve used Serenata, and I was a little disappointed this time. If there’s been a ’fair’ or ’average’ rating, I would have used that - I wouldn’t say it was poor, but I ordered a single yellow rose, and the petals were starting to go brown. At £10 for a single rose, I expected it to be perfect. It wasn’t. I’ll think twice before using again.
I had received some flowers from serenata for my birthday a few weeks before and they were beautiful and lasted ages. So I thought I would order some as a surprise for my sisters 80th birthday. They were absolutely gorgeous and great value at £30. When I went to see her, you could smell the freesia's as soon as you went in the house. Although the roses and freesia have died off, she still has the lilies which smell so sweet. Thank you.
The flowers arrived and looked too tight and as if they were past their best. I was going to write to relay this.
Having arranged them and waited a couple of days, rather than deteriorate they improved and improved, lasting for many days and opening up into a beautiful bunch of red roses.
So thank you for a really very pleasant surprise!
Service rating : I am happy with the service provided by serenata flowers, and they achieved delivery on the day required.
Product : Very happy with the single rose provided, however an unsatisfactory vase was provided with the product. I do not believe that this is usual of the service provided by serenata flowers, so I was disappointed by this substitution.
nice shades of pink half of the flowers were in bud but quickly developed into bloom but the roses were over by the second day and had to be removed which was a pity as they were for a 40th wedding anniversary they were still a nice bunch of flowers and value for money was good
Nobody can dispute that red roses are the most popular gift option for Valentine's Day, but the latest trends have seen men and guys opting for more simplistic approach by presenting their ladies with a single red rose. While a single rose is not as impressive and extravagant as a bouquet of red roses, it can still mean a lot to a woman who prefers simple things and wants to stand out from the crowd by not falling into the same dozen red roses category. If you give a single rose, you are also making a romantic gesture and letting your lady know you would rather spoil her with experiences rather than flowers that will wilt away in couple of weeks. There is of course no reason to wait all the way until Valentine's Day to make a romantic gesture that counts – because single red rose is so affordable, you can turn every weekend into a romantic break, especially if you surprise her with single red rose delivery. Unlike with a full bouquet, there is no need to wait until the flowers open and bloom properly. If you send a rose by post or courier, it can be enjoyed immediately and placed almost anywhere in the house or office. It doesn't need to much extra care and she won't be struggling to find a fitting vase because even a tall glass will do. Arranging a rose delivery is one of the sweetest and most romantic ways to surprise your sweetheart, on other occasions apart from Valentine's Day and Anniversary.
If you're looking to gift a single red rose, or single rose of other colours, you have two options – find a local florist and deliver the flower in person, or shop at an online florist like SerenataFlowers.com and let them take care of the delivery. The advantages of both are obvious – if you use a local florist, you can check and review the quality of the roses in person on the spot and deliver the single rose in person to watch the surprise of the recipient. If you shop online instead, you can get cheap flowers with next day delivery, and best of all, even if you remember late in the evening, you can still send a rose tomorrow by using an online florist. To arrange a single rose delivery, simply pick the colour of roses you want and proceed to checkout. The shopping process is as simple as counting to three and probably the most convenient way to send flowers – you can shop as late as 10.00 pm weekdays and we will still deliver the single rose next day. Same applies to Saturday and Sunday, the only difference is that we will have to receive your order a bit earlier, by 6pm and 7pm. Our single rose comes in a handmade vase for each order, and is available in four most popular colours – red, white, yellow and pink. We can deliver anywhere in the UK either with our free next day delivery, or you can opt for same day delivery or timed delivery options for a small extra charge. Our single roses start from only £14.99 and with flowers so affordable, there is simply no reason not to spoil the love of your life or a dear friend with a single rose delivery.
