I ordered these flowers to send to a friend who had just lost her father in law, who we were great friends with. As we are not able to go to his funeral I sent these flowers. She rang to say thank you, they were lovely and just what she needed at this time.
The first bouquet I ordered was really lovely so I ordered a further funeral spray using the discount for 2nd order after recommending a friend. The 2nd order was very poor and due to delivery issues was not found by the recipient until 4 days later. However to their absolute credit SeranataFlowers on hearing about the problems - offered an immediate refund or a replacement - as it was a burial I opted for the replacement spray and it was beautiful and delivered at the time stated on the order. I am very pleased that the company responded very well to the situation and customer care rep Neale was extremely helpful. This was all done online by email due to Covid crisis so well done Serenata Flowers and I will order again.
They arrived in good condition, sensibly packed,on time. All of all our local florists are closed,or answerphone on. My partner's birthday- so good result needed! Alas sister's funeral flowers now. I am a 24/7 carer,so efficient customer service makes better use of my time-I have none to waste!.
Ordered for a neighbour who lost her mother obviously won't be able to attend the funeral as I would have usually. Delivered next day and she was delighted. Lovely flowers which she was very pleased with, I was pleased I could let her know I was thinking of her with nice flowers and delivered safely and the next day. Thank you Serenata Flowers for such good service
Have used this company before and have always had a good service and kept up to date with deliveries
Whilst I don’t see the flowers in person as sent to others the pictures I have seen look good and my recipients have loved them
Unfortunately when I went to purchase for a funeral sadly (during the current Covid-19) they were sold out
Will use this company again
